Our Operations team works with the dietitian on staff to create seasonal, rotating menus that follow state guidelines, nutritional standards, are able to be adapted to different textures and consistencies, and more.

We also create surveys tailored to parents, students, and staff that measure participation and satisfaction with our service and use that feedback to edit our processes and the food we serve.
